SMS terms

Updated September 18, 2026

TruckPark parking notifications are provided by your parking lot operator.

Optional parking updates

TruckPark texts can include parking confirmations, assignment and payment links, payment-due or failed-payment notices, and parking-expiration reminders. Phone-verification codes are sent when you request them. Message frequency varies with your requests and parking activity. Message and data rates may apply.

How you subscribe

Sign in, review Text notifications in My Reservations, request a code for your current phone, and select the optional SMS consent checkbox. Enter the fresh code and choose Verify code and enable texts. Consent is not a condition of booking or payment. Phone verification by itself does not enable parking alerts.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to stop texts from our number, or turn parking texts off in My Reservations. Reply HELP for help. The messaging provider may send one final opt-out confirmation. A provider opt-out also prevents verification texts from this sender until you re-subscribe through the provider; changing an app setting does not override it. Do not enroll a phone that you do not control.

Your parking remains separate

A text does not confirm payment, assign a spot, extend parking, cancel a stay or grant gate entry. Check your account for current payment, assigned dates and arrival instructions. Delivery can be delayed or fail; use your account and email updates when a text does not arrive. Your parking agreement and billing terms remain separate from these SMS terms.

Privacy

See the SMS privacy policy for how phone numbers, consent and delivery records are handled.
